Is there any way i can rake it or do anything to fluff it up.

Does white insulation have different properties compared to pink. Then with the rake you can fluff the insulation that you walked all over and use the teeth of the rake to reach down into the areas where it is packed down and loosen it up if you are that concerned about it.
